تحول تلگرامی در بازار مکالمه تلفنی ایران
به گزارش زاهد کامپیوتر به نقل آی تی ایران ، اگر اخبار تکنولوژی را در روزهای اخیر دنبال کرده باشید حتما این خبر را شنیده‌اید که پیام‌رسان تلگرام قابلیت مکالمه صوتی را برای برخی از کاربرانش فعال کرده است. این خبر برای بسیاری از کاربران می‌تواند خوشایند باشد؛ به‌ویژه برای کسانی که اغلب کارهای روزمره خود را با این پیام‌رسان انجام می‌دهند. تلگرام در چند ماه اخیر با به‌روزرسانی‌های متعدد قابلیت‌های جذابی را افزوده و از این طریق توانسته به محبوبیت خود بیفزاید. حالا هم با ویژگی تماس صوتی که از روز پنج‌شنبه (۱۰ فروردین / ۳۰ مارس) فعال شده، بی‌شک به طرفداران خود می‌افزاید. این قابلیت البته فعلا فقط در غرب اروپا فعال شده و قرار است به‌زودی به سایر نقاط دنیا و ایران هم برسد.

تلگرام در ایران
در کشور ما این پیام‌رسان مدتی است که محبوبیت چشمگیری پیدا کرده و حالا بعید است شخصی را ببینیم که تلفن هوشمند داشته باشد و تلگرام را در گوشی‌اش نداشته باشد. در واقع هر فرد ایرانی که از پیام‌رسان تلگرام استفاده نمی‌کند به این معناست که با دوستان و آشنایان و حتی همکاران خود ارتباطی ندارد. این اپلیکیشن با افزودن قابلیت چت‌های گروهی و کانال‌ها بیش از پیش بر محبوبیت خود در اغلب کشورها به‌ویژه در ایران افزوده و به‌راحتی توانسته است رقبایی مانند وایبر و واتس‌اپ را کنار بگذارد. حالا دیگر درصد بسیار معدودی از کاربران ایرانی از پیام‌رسانی غیر از تلگرام استفاده می‌کنند و اگر هم استفاده می‌کنند در کنار تلگرام است نه جایگزین آن.
همین محبوبیت و افزایش استفاده از این اپلیکیشن در ایران باعث شد حواشی متفاوتی هم به همراه داشته باشد که مهم‌ترین آن موضوع فیلترینگ تلگرام بود. در یکی، دو سال اخیر بارها اخبار و شایعاتی مبنی بر فیلتر‌شدن تلگرام از سوی مخابرات شنیده‌ایم که حالا با افزوده‌شدن قابلیت تماس صوتی بی‌شک این اخبار و شایعات پررنگ‌تر از پیش خود را نشان خواهند داد. همین حالا هم، پیش از اینکه قابلیت تماس صوتی به تلگرام افزوده شود مخابرات متحمل هزینه سنگینی شده است. می‌توان گفت در چند سال اخیر همه کاربران تلفن هوشمند در ایران از اپلیکیشن تلگرام برای ارسال پیام به مخاطبان خود استفاده می‌کنند و کمتر کسی را می‌توان یافت که از طریق اس‌ام‌اس مخابراتی پیام‌هایش را ارسال کند و همین موضوع باعث ایجاد حساسیت از سوی اپراتورها و مقام‌های دولتی مربوط شده است.
به راحتی می‌توان تصور کرد که با محبوبیت و فراگیری که پیام‌رسان تلگرام در میان کاربران ایرانی دارد، اگر ویژگی تماس صوتی به آن افزوده شود چه درصدی از کاربران این قابلیت را جایگزین تماس صوتی از طریق مخابرات می‌کنند. به دنبال این قضایا بی‌شک باید منتظر کشمکش‌ها و شایعات حول محور فیلترینگ تلگرام و حواشی و اتفاقات آن باشیم. البته باید گفت که این موضوع برای اپراتورها چندان هم نگرانی ندارد چراکه برای استفاده از این قابلیت در هر حال کاربران نیاز به دیتا دارند و تا حالا هم مصرف دیتا از سوی کاربران تا حد جالب توجهی افزایش پیدا کرده است. کما اینکه پیش از فعال‌شدن این ویژگی در ایران به هر حال تماس‌های صوتی مخابراتی به اندازه سال‌های پیش نیست و کاهش چشمگیری یافته است.
چیرگی بر رقبا
اپلیکیشن تلگرام همواره سعی کرده امنیت، کیفیت و سرعت را مد نظر داشته باشد و با همین ویژگی هم توانست بر رقبایی مانند وایبر و واتس‌اپ – حداقل در ایران - چیره شود. پیام‌رسان وایبر که چندی پیش در میان کاربران ایرانی فراگیر شده بود و نمی‌توانستیم تصور کنیم روزی برسد که ایرانی‌ها این اپلیکیشن را کنار بگذارند به‌راحتی با همین ویژگی‌های چشمگیر تلگرام کنار زده شد و فقط خاطره آن به جا ماند. در حالی که این اپلیکشین و حتی واتس‌اپ مدت‌ها پیش قابلیت تماس صوتی را به برنامه‌های خود افزوده بودند ولی آن‌طور که باید نتوانستند دست‌کم در میان کاربران ایرانی طرفداران جالب توجهی پیدا کنند. مهم‌ترین علت این امر را نیز می‌توان به کیفیت و سرعت نسبت داد. البته تلگرام تلاش خود را کرده تا با امنیت ویژه‌ای که دارد، تاخیر در افزودن این قابلیت را توجیه کند که علت تاخیر همین امنیت بالا است که اگر با امنیت پیام‌رسان‌های دیگر مقایسه کنیم خواهیم دید که ارزش انتظار را داشته است.
اپلیکیشن وایبر که در آخرین روزهای عمر خود در ایران با مشکلات فاحش کیفیت و سرعت مواجه شده بود و واتس‌اپ هم نیز آن‌طور که باید کاربرپسند نیست و از قابلیت‌هایی مانند کانال و نسخه دسکتاپ نیز بی‌بهره بود. پس از مدت‌ها هم که نسخه دسکتاپ را افزود همچنان برای برخی لپ‌تاپ‌ها از جمله آی‌پد این نسخه وجود نداشت و برای آنها هم که وجود دارد به کیفیت تلگرام نمی‌رسد و چیزی جز یک وب‌ویوی ساده نیست. همه اینها عواملی بودند که باعث شد کاربران ایرانی به سمت تلگرام کشیده شوند و این اپلیکیشن را نه‌تنها در پیام‌رسان‌ها انتخاب نخست خود کنند بلکه از برنامه‌های دیگر استفاده نکنند و چه‌بسا آنها را از دستگاه‌های خود حذف کرده باشند. حالا هم تلگرام بیکار ننشسته و روز‌به‌روز بر قابلیت‌های خود می‌افزاید تا نه‌تنها این سیل کاربران و طرفداران خود را از دست ندهد بلکه بر آنها هم بیفزاید. این پیام‌رسان برای قابلیت تماس صوتی سه ویژگی سرعت، امنیت و کیفیت از سوی تلگرام مطرح شده است.
امنیت در تلگرام
پروتکل امنیت تلگرام برای این امکان جدید، استفاده از ایموجی‌هایی است که دو طرف مکالمه هنگام تماس می‌بینند؛ راهکاری بی‌سابقه برای احراز هویت. پاول دورف، بنیان‌گذار تلگرام و تیمش تصمیم گرفته‌اند، هم‌زمان با راه‌اندازی امکان برقراری تماس‌های صوتی در این اپلیکیشن از روشی نوین برای احراز هویت بهره بگیرند: نمایش چهار ایموجی متفاوت روی صفحه نمایش؛ یعنی اگر هر دو طرف مکالمه ایموجی‌های یکسان دیدند، مکالمه امن و رمزگذاری‌شده خواهد بود. تلگرام برای آسان کردن سیستم احراز هویت از طریق ایموجی‌ها آنها را از میان ۳۳۳ کاراکتر مختلف انتخاب می‌کند که نام بردنشان در همه زبان‌ها با کلمات ساده ممکن است مثلا تلفیقی از ماهی، گیلاس، چشم و خورشید. یعنی بیش از ۱۲میلیارد ترکیب چهارتایی گوناگون از ایموجی‌ها برای احراز هویت و ارتقای امنیت به کار خواهند رفت. این سیستم رمزگذاری مکالمات مبتنی بر «شیوه تبادل کلید دیفی-هلمن» است که در سال ۱۹۷۷ ابداع و ثبت شده است. اگرچه در سال ۲۰۱۵آسیب‌پذیری‌هایی در این روش رمزگذاری یافته شد، اما با فاصله‌ای اندک حفره‌های امنیتی آن برطرف شدند.
ویژگی‌های جدید
مکالمات صوتی تلگرام به لطف ارتباط Peer to Peer کیفیت بالایی دارد و باعث می‌شود صدا با کمترین تاخیر و حداکثر شفافیت به گوش مخاطب برسد. تلگرام برای برقراری هر چه سریع تر ارتباط از نزدیک‌ترین سرور به شما برای برقراری تماس با طرف مقابل استفاده می‌کند و این یکی از رمزهای موفقیت این پیام‌رسان محسوب می‌شود. تلگرام این برتری را نسبت به رقبایش دارد که سرورهای سیال دارد و می‌تواند برای بالابردن سرعت و کیفیت از نزدیک‌ترین سرور به کاربر استفاده کند. تلگرام همچنین اعلام کرده که از یک شبکه عصبی ویژه برای مطالعه عادت‌های کاربران در برقراری تماس‌های صوتی بهره خواهد گرفت تا با آنچه از این روش می‌آموزد بتواند کیفیت تماس‌های صوتی را بهینه کند. البته دورف و همکارانش بر این نکته بسیار تاکید کرده‌اند که این سیستم هوش مصنوعی به هیچ وجه به محتوای مکالمه دسترسی ندارد و فقط اطلاعات فنی تماس را استخراج می‌کند.
یکی دیگر از نکته‌های جالب توجه در ویژگی جدید این است که تماس‌های تلگرام خود را با اتصال اینترنتی شما سازگار می‌کنند تا با مصرف کمترین میزان پهنای باند و داده، بهترین کیفیت ممکن را ارائه کنند. گزینه «استفاده کمتر از دیتا» هم در کنار این سرویس ارائه خواهد شد تا کاربرانی که با اینترنت گران‌قیمت و پهنای باند محدود مواجهند، بتوانند با مصرف ۲۵ تا۳۰ درصد دیتای کمتر، تماس‌های صوتی خود را برقرار کنند. امکان دیگری هم که با به‌روز‌رسانی جدید در اختیار کاربران قرار گرفته این است که شما می‌توانید دسترسی مخاطب‌ها به برقراری تماس صوتی را محدود کنید به این معنا که می‌توانید کاری کنید که تعدادی از دوستان یا آشنایا‌ن‌تان نتوانند از طریق تماس صوتی با شما در ارتباط باشند. حتی می‌توانید این ویژگی را غیرفعال کنید تا هیچ‌کس نتواند با شما تماس صوتی داشته باشد.
